Our Week in Review - May 25 - 29

We moved from chickens to pigs this week! We read several fiction and non fiction books and did some water color painting of pigs! We also wrote one new learning we had from our non fiction books.

On Friday, we had our dads join us for our K5 lunch experience! After we ate, we came back to the room and showed our guests a little video that we put together for them :)

Our Week in Review - May 18 - 22

Happy Memorial Weekend! This week we started our Farm Unit. We read lots of fiction and non fiction books about chickens and learned about the life cycle of a chicken.

Stuck in the Mud

First we did the life cycle on the SMART Board.

Then students did their own life cycles.

We also graphed our favorite farm animals.

PM's Teddy Bear Sleepover

After we found on bears on Friday, we sang and danced with our teddy bears. We also read and had our own teddy bear picnic!
