Our Week in Review - October 6-10

Another busy week came and went in room 116. We started learning about shapes and pumpkins this week. Check out what we did!

This week we began meeting our shape friends. We met Suzy Circle, Sandy Square, Tommy Triangle and Ricky Rectangle. We ate a snack that was the same shape as our friend!

We continued to work on our literacy stations this week.

ABC Station - students worked on building their names with magnetic letters!

Writing - students continued to write their names, their friends' names, and color words. They also drew pictures on the whiteboards!

On Friday we read "Pumpkin Soup" and made spiced pumpkin chocolate chip cookies - YUM! Students helped read the recipe and mix the cookies!
