Our Week in Review - March 24 - 28

On Monday we finished up our Thinks We Could Think which was a perfect transition into our Writers Workshop (talking about showing what characters are thinking)!

This week in Writers Workshop we learned that characters have thoughts and how to show those thoughts. Students were excited to show what their characters were thinking.

Jackson and his brother were thinking about ice cream (PM)
Kalin was thinking about playing on the slide and her sister was thinking about playing with her other sister (AM)
In Readers Workshop we worked on identifying characters' problems.

We started talking about pets this week. We graphed whether or not we had a pet.
