Our Week in Review - March 3 - 7

Monday we kicked off our Dr. Seuss theme! Everyone was excited to read lots of his stories. We started the week by reading "Ten Apples Up On Top!" Then, students cut out apples and stacked them on top of their picture. After, we worked on writing our numbers.

We also read "There's a Wocket in my Pocket." Students colored their own -ocket creatures to put in a pocket.

Since it was Pp week, we tasted popcorn and graphed if we liked it or didn't care for it.

AM's graph (shocking results)
PM's graph (shocking results, again)
Our Mystery Readers came on Friday!

Finley's Dad was our AM Mystery Reader
Mercer's Dad was our PM Mystery Reader
The letter of the week next week is Bb (hi smiley, big line down, frog jump! Little curve to middle, little curve to bottom).

Read-a-thon reading logs are due Monday!

Please sign up for Dr. Seuss Celebration snacks!

Have a great weekend! Mr. Jordan and I will be Rolling on the River Saturday night!

Love,
Mrs. Koscielniak
